Please acknowledge our policies below before registering your child:

Enrolment

• Registrations are operated on a first come, first served basis.

• Enrolments are confirmed upon completion of :

1. Registration form 

2. Class allocation

3. Tuition payment

Tuition Payments

• 50% of tuition payment is due within 3 days from the time of registration.  The other 50% will be billed in June.

Make-up Classes

• Make-up classes are not applicable for the program.

 

Class Changes

• We reserve the right to make changes to the curriculum or teachers when necessary.

Safety and Well-Being

• We reserve the right to introduce and maintain health and safety measures to safeguard all students, parents and staff.

• Mask wearing is optional at our centre, but we will be checking temperatures at the front door before entrance is admitted.

• If students have any medical conditions or special requirements, please inform us prior to participating and ensure your child has doctor's consent if needed. 

• A CCTV system has been installed in the common areas and classrooms at the centre. For the safety of the centre and personal safety of students, parents, guardians and staff, the CCTV system will record video footage and will be handled in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) and any applicable laws in Hong Kong.

• In case of any change in pick-up arrangements, parents must inform us to safeguard all students.​

Inclement Weather Conditions and Government Guidelines

• Classes will be cancelled when the Typhoon Signal No. 8 and above, or Black Rainstorm Signals are in force.

• Classes will resume if the weather signals are lowered at least two hours before the scheduled start time. Please check our website and or social media platforms for updates.

• Refunds or make-up classes will not be provided for cancelled classes due to inclement weather or Government announcements.

 

Intellectual Property

• Approaching staff for private arrangements outside of Growing IQ is not permitted without the company's consent.

• All of our class materials and workbooks are exclusive to Growing IQ students only. Reproduction, re-publication and distribution of our materials in any form is strictly prohibited and infringes copyright laws.

Liability

• Growing IQ and its staff will not be held responsible for any injuries that may be sustained, and any loss/damage to any personal belongings in the centre.
